Talents Within Counselors

The Talents Within staff are not only highly trained in athletic, artistic, environmental activities but also have an understanding of behavioural, cultural and domestic difficulties within children. Our staff is carefully selected by the Camp Director and the Chief Executive Officer. The counselor to camper ratio is 1 to 6.

Talents Within gives concrete tools for youth at risk, thus allowing them to choose a safe activity when upset, confused, scared, angry or frustrated instead of choosing a destructive one.
